Yeah, that's what I used. When I enter http://twitter.com/statuses/usertimeline/3989171.rss as a feed, it only brings up http://twitter.com/statuses/usertimeline/index.atom and http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/index.rss as options to add.

I did it, in the 1.00pm-2.00pm heat of October in Sydney. Went for a nice run around Bicentennial Park (at Olympic Park)... and lived to put it up on Jaiku.
